What is the standard delivery time for my order?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days. For premium designer fixtures, lead times may vary, and specific estimates are provided on each product page.
Do your lighting fixtures come with bulbs included?
Most of our decorative fixtures are sold without bulbs to allow you to choose your preferred color temperature and brightness. Please check the 'Specifications' tab on the product page for details.
What is your return policy for changed minds?
We offer a 30-day return window for all unused items in their original packaging. Please note that installed or modified fixtures cannot be returned for a refund.
Are your bathroom lights safe for zones with high moisture?
Yes, we offer a wide range of IP-rated lighting specifically designed for bathroom zones 1 and 2 to ensure safety and longevity in humid environments.
Do you offer a warranty on LED integrated products?
All of our LED integrated lighting products come with a minimum 2-year manufacturer warranty, covering any electrical defects or premature failure.
Can I track my order once it has been dispatched?
Absolutely. Once your order leaves our warehouse, you will receive an email with a tracking link to monitor your delivery progress in real-time.
