At Dusk Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your illumination choices. If a product isn't the perfect fit for your home, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Log in to your account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repackage your lighting fixtures in their original manufacturer packaging, ensuring all components, manuals, and protective inserts are included.

  Ship the Items

  Affix the provided return shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at your nearest authorized courier location, keeping a copy of your tracking receipt.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned goods for quality assurance, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
